- Services already availed at the salon are not eligible for refunds.

- Refund requests must be submitted through the app or by contacting our support team.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Discounted or promotional bookings may not be eligible for refunds.
- Service fees or app convenience charges are non-refundable.
