SalonOnTime Refund & Cancellation Rules

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable for prepaid services booked through the SalonOnTime app.
  • Services already availed at the salon are not eligible for refunds.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund, partial refunds may apply.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted through the app or by contacting our support team.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Discounted or promotional bookings may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Service fees or app convenience charges are non-refundable.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled by SalonOnTime support team.
  • Our decision on refund requests is final and binding.
